1. What is the NCCC?
A - The NCCC is made up
of Cruise-In sites located
in the
B - No trophies are given
at the Cruise-In's but will be given out at the
end of the year to the top 20 point winners from their overall attendance. However Cruise Promoters are encouraged to give
perfect attendance awards to anyone attending all of their Cruise-In's. These may
range from
certificates, ribbons, hats or plaques.
C - To our knowledge our NCCC
is the only Cruise Circuit in the Country set up with a point system like we
have. We also have over 50 years of
combined experience to offer any new members of the NCCC. Our circuit has been admired by many cruisers
in other states as well as
D - The NCCC was formed
in 2001 with 4 sites and has seen a steady growth since then.

E - All vehicles are
welcome, classic cars, muscle cars, sports cars, special interest cars,
trucks and of course bikes. We do not
discriminate against any vehicle or person.

New Cruiser's
A - If a cruiser is
attending a NCCC event for the first time this year, have them fill out
a registration card and give them their 2008 NCCC number and membership
card. This is the number they will use
at all NCCC Cruise-Ins and can also be used for the door prize
drawings. These numbers will also be used
in keeping track of overall points for the end of the year awards.

Top 20 From 2007
A - The Top 20 NCCC
Point
winners from 2007 will have a number assigned to them for the upcoming 2008
season. If 2 or more had the same point
total their number will be followed by a letter starting with A,B and so on.

New Numbers for 2008
A - A list of numbers will be issued to each NCCC
Cruise-In site.
4.
Items Needed
A - All Cruise-In
promoters will be asked to furnish sign in sheets and member cards and will be
expected to keep a accurate account of points.

Sign In At Events
A - Each Promoter will
need to have a sign in a spot easily accessible to everyone and one or more persons
to take sign ins and hand out promotional items as
well as flyers from other NCCC events.
B - All events will have
sign ins regardless of weather - rain, shine, snow or
other.
1. NCCC
Cruise-In’s run weekly from May-thru-August
2008. Rain or Shine. However, entertainment or demonstrations may
be canceled due to the weather. You must
sign in to get NCCC points. Calling in
by phone does not count as being there and no points will be given.
2. You may
have someone bring your “Cruiser” if you are unable to attend but they must use
your number and sign in at the registration area. They can not bring their vehicle and sign you
in. You or your “Cruiser” must be
present to earn points. No Double
Dipping – cruising two events the same day, at the same time.
3. If the
weather is bad you may drive your regular vehicle and sign in. We do not expect you to bring your “Cruiser”
out in rain or snow.
4. We will
award one (1) point for regular Cruise-In’s and two
(2) points for Double Points Nights.
5. NCCC
points can be accumulated at all participating Cruise-In’s
of the NCCC. At the end of the season
the top 20 point’s winners will receive awards.
